Come to the Pack 108 Blue and Gold and celebrate Cubscouts "graduating" and "crossing over".

"Crossing over" is symbolic and physical. The Cubscouts cross a bridge built on stage by the Scouts of the local Troops. The Cubscouts then literally cross over the bridge and become part of the Scouting America program where they choose a Troop to join.
